Exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to join this busy Real Estate Team. This role is based in Edinburgh and the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years’ pqe and strong real estate experience. The team cover all aspects of commercial real estate and act for a wide range of clients including investors, business owners/occupiers, funders, developers and landowners. You will advise on acquisitions and sales, leases, developments and funding projects, as well as dealing with lease management documents. Flexible working and part-time candidates would be considered.
