Overview:
A leading law firm in Glasgow is keen to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor to join its established property team. The role offers a mix of general commercial property work with a particular focus on telecoms-related transactions. You’ll be involved in managing site portfolios, acquisitions and commercial leasing matters, with regular client contact and scope to handle files independently.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
3–6 years' PQE in real esate
Experience with telecoms-related property work is desirable
Confident managing transactions from instruction to completion
Skills:
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
Good communication and client relationship skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
