The successful candidate will join a highly respected and dynamic team that is continually evolving, requiring members who can adapt to clients’ needs and expectations.
Core tasks will involve –
Purchase and sale of estates, farms, forestry, and rural land.
Advising landowners on rural development like residential, renewables, telecommunications, and quarrying.
Providing ongoing legal management advice to estates and rural businesses, including land and property sales, land reform, and title conditions.
Handling agricultural holdings issues, including tenancies, equipment obligations, and pre-emptive rights to buy.
Advising on commercial, residential, sporting, and amenity leases.
Addressing complex title queries, such as boundary disputes and access issues.
The team is keen to hear from newly qualified lawyers who have recently completed a seat in property law during their traineeship. While this experience is desirable, it is not essential, provided candidates can demonstrate a genuine interest and enthusiasm for the rural property sector. Commercial awareness is key in this role.
This is a great opportunity for a newly qualified Lawyer to develop their skills and knowledge in this area within an interesting and developing team. If this position could be of interest, please do not hesitate to contact either Stephanie or Jade for an initial and confidential discussion. (Assignment 16165)
