Your role as a real estate paralegal will involve managing a varied portfolio of landlord and tenant estates, acting on behalf of developers on residential and commercial development issues, and acting for investors in single or multi property acquisitions or disposals.
Ideally, you will have previous experience of development, landlord and tenant work within a property law department. You will be self-driven and enthusiast as well as have the ability to work to deadlines and the genuine desire to provide excellent service.
