Our client who are an award-winning, top tier international law firm located in the heart of Edinburgh city centre are now seeking a real estate solicitor (English qualified) to join their well-regarded team.

Job Description

You will be working within one of the largest Real Estate teams in the UK where you will be surrounded by the expertise of highly skilled solicitors, including many renowned experts.

 

Your role will involve a broad range of high quality commercial property transactions, with specific focus initially on residential development acquisitions for an affordable housing investor and a variety of investment sales and acquisitions, lettings and pre-lettings and commercial development work for a national operator and retailer.

 

To be considered for this real estate solicitor opportunity you will ideally have gained experience in a large regional or national practice. You will also have a strong academic background and be technically skilled as well as commercially aware. An enthusiastic and energetic approach are a must! Consideration will also be given to dual qualified solicitors who are looking to focus on English property matters.
