Job Description

A leading international law firm is seeking a Real Estate Energy Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE to join their team in Edinburgh.

Role Overview:

  • The successful candidate will handle real estate matters related to energy projects, including property acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development.
  • You will provide legal support for renewable energy projects such as wind and solar energy.
  • The role involves drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements.
  • Collaboration with other teams within the firm will be essential to support multidisciplinary projects.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be a key aspect of the role.

Candidate Profile:

  • The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years' PQE in real estate law, with some experience in energy law.
  • You should be able to manage your workload with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong technical and commercial skills.
  • Effective communication and the ability to work well within a team are important.
  • An interest in renewable energy and a desire to develop expertise in this sector are preferred.
