Our client is a leading Scottish law firm who have an outstanding reputation and are located in the heart of Edinburgh city centre. Due to continued growth, their well established Real Estate Energy team now seeks a senior solicitor.

Job Description

The team excels in project management, handling various skills for large energy, infrastructure, and strategic land projects, including planning, construction, environmental, regulatory, and commercial contracts.

 

In this position, you will contribute to commercial property transactions and projects, developing the firm's energy and strategic land practice with efficient and responsive work. You will also be responsible for providing expert legal advice in energy and property law, drafting contracts for renewable energy projects and develop and maintain client relationships. 

 

The successful candidate will ideally have at least 3 years' PQE and have gained some prior real estate energy experience. Applications are also welcome from candidates with a background in rural and/or commercial property transactions and those who are dual qualified. Familiarity with Sasine and voluntary registration processes is a plus.
