Our client is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its busy Real Estate Team. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in dynamic real estate work. You will work as part of a team to deliver a full spectrum of commercial real estate work for our client. This will include drafting, reviewing and negotiating documents as well as providing advice on property contracts, leases, freehold and leasehold titles or other property queries.
This role would suit either a Solicitor or Paralegal who are looking for a new challenge. Candidates should have general commercial real estate experience and be English qualified. This role can be fully remote.
