The position is full-time based in Edinburgh and would be suited to qualified solicitors between 2 – 4 years PQE level.
The successful candidate can expect to be involved in a broad range of commercial property matters including providing advice to an array of retail and leisure clients, drafting, and negotiating land contracts, analysing and reporting on titles and working closely with colleagues in the Tax, Planning and Construction teams.
To be considered for this role, you should ideally have previous commercial property experience and have a genuine interest in the property industry and its drivers. Excellent attention to detail and a commercial perspective is essential to this role.
