Job Description

Our client is looking for a qualified solicitor to join the team (NQ - 5 years’ pqe). You will act on a broad range of property and property related matters. Specifically, you will be experienced in advising on landlord and tenant issues; sales and acquisitions; renewable energy projects; providing property support on corporate and banking and finance transactions; and corporate insolvency matters. You will be responsible for client management and business development and will also support the wider business. You will also assist with shaping the continuing professional development programme, including delivering seminars on specific legal topics of interest in Scotland and more generally to the wider UK and international practice group.

Skills and experience:

You will have worked for clients in private practice or in-house. You will be knowledgeable across a broad range of real estate matters. You will be confident in managing your own matters. To have gained this experience, candidates will usually have in excess of two years’ post qualification experience. However our client is happy to hear from anyone who can demonstrate the skills and knowledge they are looking for.
