A leading law firm with a strong a global reach and commitment to excellence and innovation, are now seeking a motivated public procurement lawyer to join their team in Edinburgh.

Job Description

The team handles a diverse range of work, including mergers, competition investigations, litigation, regulatory matters, and trade issues.

Responsibilities:

  • To work principally on public procurement and subsidy control matters (both non-contentious and contentious)\
  • Collaborate with other teams within the firm
  • Participate in business development activities
  • Work on cross-border matters as needed
  • Travel to London when required 

Requirements:

  • Experience/training in public procurement
  • Ideally between NQ-5 years' PQE
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
