The role will involve an interesting mix of property and conveyancing work and the successful candidate will provide advice and support to a variety of clients such as housing associations, local authorities, central government, charities and public bodies.
Tasks will include advising on shared equity, commercial leases, development site acquisitions and large-scale security exercises.
The team is open to level of candidate from NQ level and above; experience of conveyancing law is essential. Previous experience of working within a public sector or social housing organisation would be beneficial but is not essential. This position is full time based in Glasgow with Hybrid working options available.
