Job Description

The business is evolving and this role genuinely does offer the opportunity to progress to Partner within the short - mid term. You can move at your own pace, the great thing about this is you shall be supported and have the opportunity to work alongside Partners who have built an outstanding business and who are well connected within the local community.

You will manage your own caseload of property transactions covering residential, commercial and some rural matters.

It is anticipated that you shall have a minimum  of 3 years' post qualification experience gained within property law and shall be someone who puts clients front and centre of all they do. You will enjoy networking and be comfortable attending networking events in the local community and be willing to participate in business development activities.

Ideally you shall have experience of both residential and commercial property matters but if you don't, don't let that deter you from applying you will be fully supported and given training to learn new skills and develop your career.

If you are ready to take your next step and work towards moving into Partner level this will allow you to do that over a relatively short time frame.

A competitive salary to £70k plus benefits is offered.
