The business is thriving and has an excellent reputation, most of their business is repeat or referred, and they have an interesting client base of both national and international clients.
The team is led by a very experienced Partner who is hugely passionate about their business and as such they are always on hand to offer support and encouragement. That said you are most definitely not micro managed and the expectation is very much that you shall have the ability to run your own caseload independently and will be someone who loves delivering exceptional client service.
The majority of your work will focus on residential conveyancing transactions, but you will also have the opportunity to work on some commercial property matters such as landlord/tenant work, and commercial sales and purchases.
It’s likely you shall have in excess of 3 years’ post qualifying experience in residential conveyancing transactions, running these from start to finish, together with experience of commercial property matters. You will be able to cope with a large caseload and take care of your own administration, however you will be given support so that you never feel swamped by work.
Progression is very much in the continued growth plans and the opportunity to become part of the management team and move to Salary Partner is the vision they have for this position over the mid term. The team really are a lovely bunch of people who work well together and support each other.
A generous salary is offered to £50k (DOE)
