This is a great opportunity to join a private practice who are synonymous with the property market across Ayrshire, one who has a vast client base covering residential, agricultural and commercial sectors.

This is a varied and interesting role and you will work on a broad range of conveyancing transactions ranging from residential sale/purchase through to land acquisition and development for house builders and private developers. 

It is anticipated you shall have good all round conveyancing/ property experience, it is vital that you understand the local property market and are someone who continually keeps up to date with changes/trends making you best placed to advise clients. 

I'm keen to speak with you if you have a minimum of 1 years ' solid property experience and are looking to join a firm where you can progress and genuinely develop your career and progress through the business.
