A warm and welcoming opportunity for a property/ rural property solicitor to join a friendly and supportive department in the Stirling office.
If you are seeking a change from the long hours and city commutes and looking for a more involvement within the business, within a smaller team then this is for you.
Clear career progression is a definite, flexibility around working hours/ part-time basis will be considered. Ideally looking for someone 3 year's plus, your background must be within commercial or rural conveyancing and previous experience of residential development work is highly desirable and some experience of rural property work would be helpful. However, newly qualified Solicitors with a related traineeship are highly encouraged to apply, with a view to fully training you in the area of commercial and rural work.
Your caseload will be consistent and interesting, you will mostly be working with a local builder, dealing with rural sites and property. Focusing on the Rural and commercial areas, dealing with land purchase/sales with various aspects of rural property including the sale of farms and estates, completing option and lease agreement for wind farm developments.
You will be paid a competitive market rate salary, working within a collaborative and encouraging environment.
