This is a varied and challenging role that will see you work alongside Partners and other Fee Earners who are highly skilled and respected within the sector. You will assist on matters such as due diligence, conveyancing searches, preparing title reports, drafting documents, licences and leases and all other associated documentation.
You should have experience of working as a Property Paralegal and in addition to the above your experience should include the ability to complete Land Registry and Stamp Duty Land Tax registrations.
This role is ideally suited to someone who is inquisitive, responsive and who understands completely that client satisfaction is paramount to the continuing success and development of the business.
Whilst the standard working hours are 9-5 it is expected that you will go the extra mile when required and you will not be afraid to roll your sleeves up and get the job done.
Unlike some other firms, additional effort does not go unrecognised and you will be rewarded with the opportunity to progress and develop.
A competitive salary and generous benefits package is on offer.
