These roles don't come up very often and as such won't be around for long. If you are a Conveyancing Paralegal with a minimum 3 years experience gained within residential and/or commercial property matters and are now looking for a fresh challenge this is it!
You shall support the Solicitors on matters such as:
Title due diligence
Preparing Land Registrations
Submitting Deeds for Registration
Preparing final drafts of of standard securities and discharges
