The team are continuing to grow and have enjoyed great success with no signs of slowing down. This role will see you work alongside talented Partners, who work with a broad client base which includes development, investment, housebuilding, residential, retail and leisure both nationally and internationally.
Primarily you shall be involved with residential property transactions in relation to purchase & sale, plot sales for housebuilder clients, residential purchase and sale, executry conveyancing and security work. There may be some additional exposure to commercial property work, experience of this is advantageous but not essential as training shall be given.
Key responsibilities shall include preparing missives, examining, and reporting on title, settling transactions, preparing LBTT and registration forms and assisting with commercial leases.
Ideally you shall have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant residential conveyancing experience, be highly organised with a meticulous eye for detail and have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
