Your role will involve high quality matters from an enviable client base where you will also play a part in the growth of the business by building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
Other responsibilities within property litigation will include, landlord and tenant matters, repossession and eviction, title and boundary disputes and Lands Tribunal and Scottish Land Court work.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate sound litigation experience and any experience gained within property disputes is highly describable, but is not essential. You will also be competent in managing a busy workload in a fast paced environment, whilst striving to exceed the service requirements and expectations of all stakeholders.
