The Role:
- Deal with a broad range of interesting real estate and planning disputes
- Provide all forms of contentious planning advice
- Deal with all aspects of property litigation
- Manage a caseload with minimal supervision
The Candidate:
- 2PQE+
- Relevant experience of conducting litigation in the Court of Session and Sheriff Court
- Excellent communication skills
- Personable and good at building client relationships
