Job Description

If so, I am working on an excellent opportunity with a well renowned firm based in Edinburgh who are seeking an eager property litigation solicitor to join their Litigation team.

Our client is offering a property litigation solicitor a fantastic opportunity to work on varied, challenging and high quality contentious property matters including, but not limited to, advising clients across a broad range of sectors on all forms of contentious planning matters, managing commercial lease disputes, Lands Tribunal applications and title disputes.

The successful candidate will ideally have relevant experience of conducting litigation in the Court of Session and the Sheriff Court and knowledge of Scottish environmental law and the various enforcement regimes would be highly desirable, but is not essential.

Contributing to the success of the Litigation team, you will be an effective communicator, be personable and hold a natural ability to build and develop positive client relationships.

Offering a supportive and welcoming environment, this opportunity would suit a property litigation solicitor who is truly passionate about providing a first class service and willing to go above and beyond.
