You will work alongside real estate experts and will have full responsibility from the get-go to manage your own workload. Of course, there shall always be support on hand when needed. Ideally you shall have a minimum of 2 years’ previous relevant experience which should include:
Examining English real estate title
Dealing with English real estate transactions in relation to property finance and demonstrate competency in dealing with lenders and borrowers to effect successful completion.
Can negotiate leases, licences and other relevant documentation in Landlord & Tenant matters.
Assume responsibility for the financial aspects of your work by accurately recording time and producing fees timeously.
In addition, you should be ILEX qualified, posses excellent communication skills and be willing to assist colleagues with other transactions outwith real estate as required.
