Job Description

The firm's practice covers real estate disputes, contentious construction work, and telecoms property dispute work, with expertise across multiple forums, including courts and alternative dispute resolution.

 

This firm are now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property & Infrastructure Litigation Associate Solicitor to join their Disputes team in Edinburgh. The position will primarily focus on real estate litigation, with opportunities to be involved in contentious construction matters as well.

 

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with 4-8 year' PQE in property and infrastructure disputes, preferably in a reputable law firm. Sound knowledge and experience in real estate litigation is essential and familiarity in dealing with contentious construction matters is highly desirable.

 

You will have the ability to manage work efficiently, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines. Having a proactive approach is a must!
