- Varied and interesting case load
- High quality and high value work
- Professional Negligence and Commercial Disputes work
- Working on claims for a variety of professionals including solicitors and construction professionals
- Sheriff Court and Court of Session and ADR exposure
- Business development opportunities
- Advising clients on all aspects of claim process: Handling, negotiating, defending & settling claims
- Opportunity to take a lead

The Candidate:
- 2-5 PQE
- Experience in Professional Negligence
- Good verbal communication skills
- Strong technical skills

- The ability to work well autonomously or in a team
