The firm is flexible regarding location, and the position can be based in any of its Scottish offices, including Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, or Inverness. There is also an opportunity to work remotely.
The successful candidate will join an expanding team that specialises in private client disputes. You can expect to handle a range of complex disputes under English law, as well as cross-border cases, for a broad spectrum of clients, including trustees, private individuals, executors, and corporate or institutional clients. You will also acquire experience in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) techniques, including negotiated settlements, mediation, and court litigation.
The desired candidate will be English qualified and between 1-3 years’ PQE with a strong background in litigation and dispute resolution.
