Thiis innovative law firm, based in Inverness, are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join the expanding Wills, Trusts & Executries Team. The successful candidate will personally manage a varied caseload of Private Client work, and day to day duties will typically include all aspects of the administration of executry estates, taking instructions in respect of and drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney and providing succession planning, asset protection and tax mitigation advice and services. The role will also include providing specialist support to colleagues in Private Client matters.
