Our client is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Private Client team based in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate should have between 1-4 years’ pqe and have a genuine interest and enthusiasm for private client work. You will be involved in providing ongoing advice to a wide range of private clients. In addition to advising on wills, powers of attorney, executry administration and trust administration, you can expect to be involved in advising clients on a wide range of complex matters including trust and executry disputes, estate planning for high net worth clients and providing advice to clients on trust and executry matters.
