The position is based within the Personal and Family practice area. The firm is open to level of candidates between NQ level and 2 years PQE; newly qualified lawyers ideally should have completed a seat in private client during their traineeship however this is not essential.
The successful candidate will be involved in wills, powers of attorney, and executries and trusts, as well as more complex matters such as estate planning and executry disputes. The role will also afford the exposure to the practice area’s business development activities. Applicants should be passionate and well-versed in this area of the law and have experience of dealing with complex and challenging issues.
