COVID 19 has been a really challenging time, it’s brought to the fore the importance of having a good work/life balance. Many people have taken this time to revaluate their lifestyles and working patterns.

Job Description

If this resonates with you and you are looking for a move out of the city but still want to have interesting and challenging work, this could well be the role for you.

I’m partnered with one of Ayrshire’s most widely recognised private practices, a firm that places its clients at the centre of all they do. Over the years they have strived to develop solid client relationships, relationships that have seen them work closely with their clients to understand their needs, often dealing with many generations of the same family.

The quality and value they place on these relationships means the Private Client Team is expanding and they have a great opportunity on offer for a talented Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ post qualifying experience.

Commercially astute, you will have the ability to manage a full caseload of private client matters (typically around 50 files) confidently and competently, this shall include amongst others: executries administration, wills, powers of attorney and trust administration.

It is essential that you have exceptional client facing skills with the ability to deal with your clients in an empathetic manner.

You will work alongside a revered Partner who heads up the Private Client Team, who is always on hand to discuss more complex matters with you, in addition you will be supported by highly experienced Paralegals.

The opportunity to progress to Partner in the mid-term is genuinely within reach.

Ayrshire is a great location that offers a fantastic lifestyle, where you can enjoy the beaches, bustling towns with a great choice of restaurants and bars and a whole host of outdoor activities right on your doorstep.

This truly is a great opportunity to really make your mark and help to shape the future of the business.

A competitive salary to £48k (DOE) plus additional benefits is on offer.

Please contact Deborah Collier at QED Legal on the details provided for a confidential discussion.
