Waddell & Mackintosh Solicitors Ltd are seeking to recruit a full-time Private Client Solicitor, primarily undertaking work in relation to conveyancing and executries at our office in Troon.

The role is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to join a long established firm, specialising solely in private client work.

Full training will be provided where necessary.

Main duties and responsibilities involve :-

  • Providing advice on Wills, Power of Attorneys, Executries, Guardianships and Conveyancing
  • Dealing with executry administration from initial client meeting to completion of the file
  • Dealing with transactions in a diligent and efficient manner, providing an excellent service to clients at all times, working to tight deadlines in respect of conveyancing instructions

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work to critical deadlines and effectively time manage workload
