Due to continued business growth, a truly unique opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Partner/Director to join the firms expanding Private Client department based in Stirlingshire.
The Private Client Department undertakes all aspects of Private Client work including wills, powers of attorney, executries, trusts, estate planning and cost of care advice.
We would be delighted to hear from Scottish Qualified Solicitors who possess 6+ pqe, who are currently at the level of Senior Associate level seeking to progress to Partner level, or a candidate at Partner level seeking to progress their career within an innovative, leading firm.
The ideal candidate will possess depth of experience within the remits of Private Client work, are STEP qualified and have gained experience of managing a team.
We envisage that the successful candidate will be comfortable working with complex cases, possess strong interpersonal skills, who can build good rapport with staff and clients and are prepared to take responsibility for their own caseload while contributing to the success of the team.
