Job Description

If you are soon to qualify or about to qualify, you really do no want to miss this, these roles do not come up all that often and will be sure to be snapped up.

This role will see you work with some highly experienced and respected colleagues who will be able to support you in your role and help you develop your skills and experience within the team.

You will be given client contact from the get go and will have access to a broad range of clients from private individuals though to financial institutions. The work on offer will be both interesting and complex.

Typically you shall be involved in drafting wills and powers of attorney, assist with tax planning matters, advise clients with estate planning and the setting up of trusts and work on adults with incapacity matters. You will also have the opportunity to assist with business development activities.

You must have a minimum of 6 months' seat within private client law and have a real passion and drive for private client law.

You will be able to develop your skills and career, work towards STEP qualification and receive a very competitive salary and generous benefits package. There may be the opportunity for some hybrid working after an initial successful probationary period.
