Role Requirements:
Experience:
Scottish qualified Solicitor – Suitable for candidates with at least two years’ relevant experience, though ambitious applicants at all levels will be considered
Advising clients across Scotland’s planning system, including local authorities, developers, landowners and funders
Handling renewable energy projects such as onshore/offshore wind, hydro, solar and energy storage
Skills:
Excellent legal knowledge in planning and environmental law
Clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues
Organised with attention to detail and able to manage a caseload independently
Collaborative approach and ability to work across teams
