This established firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Planning and Public Law Team. This focuses on Scottish planning law and is a great opportunity to be involved in high-profile work. You will advise on the following new settlements and urban extensions, redevelopment projects, retail and residential led schemes and promotion of and objections to compulsory purchase orders.
To be considered for this position you should have previous planning and public law experience and be keen to develop your career in this area.
