The Role:
- Unique role working across a variety of Defendant PI cases
- Caseload will comprise EL/ PL and RTA cases
- Opportunities to assist with catastrophic cases, Fatal Accidents enquiries and criminal prosecutions
- Some elements of supervision for more senior candidates
Requirements:
- Some post-qualification experience of handling PI litigation
- Strong academic background
- Ability to manage a varied caseload of higher value and complex claims
- Team player
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
