Job Description

If you are tired of the same old same old, broken promises of progression, stagnant salary and lack lustre approach to career development then read on.

This is a highly successful private practice widely recognised for it's personal injury expertise. They've taken a fresh look at how they do business, what works well for their people ( importantly what wasn't working) and they've reconfigured, realigned and reignited the passion for their work.

This is a newly created role and requires someone who has vision, passion and raw ambition to hit the ground running and take the lead. You will manage a small team initially overseeing the caseload of RTA matters, ensuring team members are fully trained, supported and motivated to meet and exceed their targets, in addition to running your own case holding from the point of litigation.

Target orientated with a good head for systems and processes, you will have a minimum of 3 years' previous experience of managing RTA personal injury claims  and will have a good working knowledge of both Summary Cause and ASPIC procedures.

It's a great time to join, you'll have the opportunity to help shape the future direction of the team and the business and will be able to develop and progress your career.

A competitive salary, benefits and hybrid working (2 days in the office) are all offered.
