Our client is a highly regarded, established P.I. firm with a network of offices throughout Scotland.

Due to continued business growth our client is actively recruiting a range of legal career opportunities from Newly Qualified Solicitors, up to Associate Solicitors, to join their International and Offshore Injury Litigation team in either Glasgow or Edinburgh.

Our client are leaders in the field of Personal Injury law and assist with all types of accident abroad claims - whether they have been injured in an accident on holiday, while working offshore or are a foreign national who has been injured in Scotland. The team carry out a wide range of interesting work including international aviation accidents, employer liability cases on offshore installations, catastrophic injury cases abroad and co-counsel cases with lawyers from across the globe.

In addition to this, the team are also responsible for supporting clients with product liability claims. These are legal claims made by consumers against manufacturers, importers, and retailers where defects in their products cause harm or injury.  Product liability claims can be complex, and their specialist team have a wealth of experience, international contacts and a vast bank of technical witnesses to draw upon.

As well as securing compensation for these claims, which is a key consideration based on the injuries sustained by these people, you will be responsible for guiding them through one of the most traumatic times in their lives – providing support, empathy and helping them find closure.

In joining the team, you will benefit from its expertise, experience, resources, and reputation – working alongside the most recognised Scottish specialists in this field - as you embark upon an exciting new chapter in your career in a very challenging and rewarding area of PI law.
