Are you a skilful litigator with experience of ASPIC who can handling claims from CPAP through to proof? Would you like to be part of a successful, thriving and innovative team where you will be supported, encouraged and be able to add value?
You will;
- Handling your own case load of litigated and pre-litigated files;
- Instruct medical experts
- Raise court actions
- Develop strong relationships with your clients which are based on trust
- Supervise and help to develop more junior members of staff
