Ideally, with a minimum of 2 years’ post qualifying experience of Personal Injury RTA work, you will have the ability to manage your own caseload of both pre litigated and litigated claims. ASPIC experience is essential.
Excellent communication skills, the ability to effectively organise a high-volume caseload and previous experience of mentoring less experienced team members are all key requirements.
