Job Description

The purpose of this role is to support the team in defending a wide range of personal injury claims on behalf of leading insurer clients, covering motor, employer’s liability, and public liability cases, with the potential to handle disease claims based on experience. Additionally, the role offers the opportunity to assist senior team members on more complex and higher-value cases.

The ideal candidate for this position will have 1-4 years’ PQE and some experience in court appearance work. You will be responsible for preparing and conducting contentious hearings on your own cases, as well as assisting the claims handling team. Essential skills include strong client care abilities, a team-oriented approach, and a high level of initiative, motivation, and attention to detail in both legal and reporting aspects.

This is a fantastic full-time opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop within a supportive and progressive team environment.
