Personal Injury Solicitor| NQ-1PQE | Central Edinburgh

A rare opportunity has arisen to join one of Scotland’s leading Pursuant Personal Injury specialists. 
This opportunity would afford the incoming NQ-1PQE Solicitor the real opportunity to work alongside a true team of personal injury experts- gaining exposure within one of the most accredited teams in the United Kingdom. The firm priorities internal training and development to ensure their solicitors remain the best in the region- guaranteeing they can offer the best legal advice and service to their established client base.   

The Firm:
· Pursuant Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence specialist. 
· A true innovator in the legal sphere- early adopters of both agile and flexible working. 
· Long-established national firm with a genuine commitment to the Scottish legal market. 
· A proven advocate of internal training and development with several of the firm’s junior solicitors progressing within the firm from Solicitor to Associate, Senior Associate and even Partner.  

The Role:
· Manage a challenging pursuer personal injury caseload across employers/public liability, industrial disease, RTA and serious injury. 
· Be an available source of support and mentorship from trainees and junior within the team. 
· Provide clients with the most effective legal advice during challenging periods of their life. 
· Be a pragmatic and effective member of the wider, national, personal injury team. 
· Attend and support the wider firm and personal injury team during networking and business development opportunities.

The Candidate:
· Scottish qualified Solicitor with a background in Personal Injury matters.  
· Passion for Pursuant Personal Injury, RTA or Clinical Negligence matters. 
· Previous experience within personal injury. 
· Dedicated and professional working manner.
