Our client is a multi office national firm who pride themselves in being a leader in the insurance market. They are seeking an NQ - 2 years' PQE to join their growing team.
You will handle your own varied caseload of defender Personal Injury claims including RTA, EL/PL and counter fraud. Assist more senior members of the team with complex, high value catastrophic injury, property and sensitive claims. You will be asked to carry out Advocacy at procedural hearing, debates and proofs.
As the successful candidate will ideally have had previous experience in a similar handling personal injury matters. Both defender and pursuer backgrounds will be considered. Advocacy experience is essential for the role.
