On a daily basis your responsibilities will include, preparing and managing mostly RTA cases at pre-litigation and litigated Sheriff Court and ASPIC level, liaising with all parties including medical agencies, third party insurers and solicitors.
You will be a self-motivated and driven personal injury solicitor who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. If this is you, then this could be the perfect opportunity!
