Job Description

Our client who are a national Legal500 law firm with offices across the UK are seeking a talented personal injury senior solicitor/associate to join their busy but supportive personal injury team in Edinburgh. 
 
You will be working within a well established personal injury team and for a firm who are committed to equality, diversity and an inclusive environment. Your role will include a varied caseload where you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of litigated, pre-litigated and complex personal injury matters, as well as contributing to the future growth and development of the office. 
 
To be considered for this personal injury senior solicitor opportunity you will ideally have gained experience of handling wide range of personal injury claims including RTA and non-motor related injury claims. Advocacy experience and familiarity with Simple Procedure, Summary Cause, Ordinary Cause, All-Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court (ASPIC), or Court of Session procedure would also be highly desirable.
