An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented paralegal and private client specialist to join a thriving law firm in Edinburgh.

 

This is an excellent chance to be part of an award-winning private client department and experience the full spectrum of private client work, including Wills and PoA, Trusts, Executries and tax planning.

 

The work will quite often be complex and of high value and you will liaise directly with a wide range of clients.

 

Suitable candidates should have/be:

 

  • over one years' paralegal experience within private client law;
  • preferably STEP accredited, however those without will be supported in its attainment;
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • well organised with impressive attention to detail;
  • a professional approach and team player.

Senior Private Client Lawyer / Edinburgh / 8+ years’ PQE / Salary £60,000 - £100,000+ plus generous benefits including profit share

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented senior lawyer and private client specialist to join a thriving law firm in Edinburgh and lead its private client offering.

 

The role would suit a lawyer with ideally over eight years' PQE and a track record in handling a wide range of private client matters.

 

The successful candidate will inherit and grow the private client department and as such will receive all private client referral work from across the firms existing client base, including some exceptionally high net worth individuals and families.

 

Suitable candidates should have/be:

 

  • over eight years' PQE within private client law;
  • ideally a background in the full spectrum of private client work, including Wills and PoA, Trusts, Executries and tax planning;
  • preferably STEP accredited, however those without will be supported in its attainment;
  • a track record in delegating work as well as coaching and mentoring junior staff;
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • a professional approach and relationship builder.
