Paralegal, Commercial Property / Edinburgh / full or part time / hybrid and flexible working

Aspire is working on an exclusive basis with a successful and reputable law firm to hire a real estate paralegal for their Edinburgh office.

You will be an important part of a sizeable team and help support the firms wide raging client base.

The work is varied and stimulating and our client offers its staff a healthy work-life balance, hybrid and flexible workign and a generous salary package.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with the preparation of legal documents, including contracts, missives, leases, option agreements and licenses
  • Supporting the solicitors with security transactions for lenders and borrowers
  • Conducting legal research and analysis
  • Liaising with clients, agents and other third parties
  • Undertaking due diligence on property transactions
  • Drafting and filing Land Registry applications and documents
