Job Description

This busy Home Sales Team is currently recruiting a Paralegal to be involved in all aspects of home sales.

Some of your duties will include:

• Dealing with Homes Sale (i.e. sale of new build residential units) transactions from initial instruction through to completion with the need for minimal supervision.
• Being responsible for clear and concise reporting to clients either through weekly reports or through ad hoc telephone or email exchanges.
• Demonstrating a thorough knowledge and understanding of the firm’s processes.
• Ensuring compliance with all in-house policies and procedures.
