The firm is currently recruiting a newly qualified solicitor to join its Subrogated Recoveries team in Edinburgh or Glasgow.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of recovery claims; pursuing recovery of subrogated losses for insurance companies and uninsured losses for corporate clients with appearance in court being part of the role.
You will have strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a challenging caseload while maintaining regular client contact. Junior lawyers coming from a civil or commercial litigation background and a genuine interest in this area will very much be considered.
