NQ Solicitor - Personal Injury (Fraud)
Location: Glasgow (Flexible)
Salary: £35,000 to £38,000 plus benefits and bonus
This role will offer you variety, in depth investigation and unrivalled flexibility.
This opportunity would see you form part of the firms Fraud team investigating Motor, Employers Liability and Public liability claims. The team have a reputation for defending claims themselves, and for proactively tackling organisations and professional enablers of fraudulent claims.
You will manage your own caseload of claims initially under supervision with authority giving as you progress. The claims range from staged claims, low impact accidents and phantom passengers in addition to injury claims often made against employers after dismissal. You will work on predominantly litigated claims across a number of different clients.
